$5 off $5 purchase at JCPenney's

JCPenney is offering a $5 off $5 or more coupon valid for online and in-store purchases when you sign up for JC Penney Rewards using source code 3008 or 3050.

1) Go to http://jcprewards.com/ and register.
2) It will ask you for credit and debit card numbers so it can track your purchases. For every 250 points you will receive a $10 reward certificate. NOTE: You do not have to enter your credit and debit card numbers to receive the $5 reward. On the page where it asks you for these numbers, just hit continue. It will then tell you that you did not enter any credit and debit card information and will not earn reward points. It gives you the option of going back to enter your information or continuing without entering the information. I chose the latter and still received my $5 reward.
3) Complete a 5 question survey and you will be awarded the $5 printable reward instantly.
4) Print and shop.
